Edi’s career spans 15 years in HR, specifically as a subject matter expert within Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. She’s held various positions within HR at several Fortune 100 corporations such as; Target, Walgreens, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Dell Technologies. Edi earned her Masters of Business in Human Resource Management from DeVry University, her SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management, Certified Professional) global certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and her LEAN Six Sigma Certification from SunTrust Bank’s Center of Excellence, and her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University. Edi is the Founder & Creator of Her Career Cafe —a community that was intentionally created to provide career guidance and promote confidence in the workplace for people of color.
