Having consulted with top-tier corporations such as Viacom, Pfizer, NYC Health & Hospitals, Johnson & Johnson and currently consulting at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and most recent client added to her portfolio is Estee Lauder. Gilmanda cultivated her business acumen from managing teams in operations, IT, project management, SaaS(Software as a Service),technology, customer service, finance, human resources and sales. Currently, Gilmanda can be found working with forward thinking professionals who want to elevate their professional and personal life. In addition to her role as business strategist, Gilmanda also integrates her training as a Certified Life Coach to provide support and guidance for individuals who want to succeed in their personal lives as well. Gilmanda is also in the early planning stage of developing a STEM and media camp for disadvantaged youth in the Dominican Republic, as an initiative to improve academic achievement, curb delinquency, and reduce crime among youth. She is a Brooklyn native. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and daughter.
